Increasing Immunity of Cryptology Systems Implemented on Matrix VLSI from EM Terrorism

In this paper author has considered a problem of protection of the cryptology systems implemented on the chip with regular structure from EM terrorism. The recommendations for developer to increase the immunity of such devices to external EM influence have been discussed. It allows to develop the cryptology systems stable to EM terrorism on the chip-based level.
