This paper proposes collaborative amplify-and-forward (AF) relaying with relay selection based on Doppler shift estimation. The proposed collaborative AF relaying excludes relays with high mobility for collaboration gain by estimating the signal to noise power ratio (SNR) where the signal distortion due to the Doppler shift is taken into account. The proposed collaborative AF relaying is evaluated in a multipath fading channel. The proposed relay selection is shown to be robust against the Doppler shift. The proposed AF relaying achieves $\frac{1}{{20}}$ lower BER than that with random selection in an environment where 10 relays are available for the collaboration.
