Proposal for a 4-Dimensional Learning Style Model to Optimize Learning Support Systems

This study analyzed learning styles and student evaluations of learning support systems. We defined a learning style model with four dimensions: two derived from Felder's learning style model, one related to student life activities, and one concerning the usability of input devices such as personal computers and smartphones. We determined the feasibility of designing a learning support system customized to the specific learning style of each student based on the identified learning style dimensions.
