On-demand WSN, which enable significant power saving and the minimization of radio wave resources, are attracting attention as a fundamental technology for the IoT. In this paper, one-hop on-demand WSN based on multi-carrier CDMA with OMS is proposed to solve low power consumption, the activate sensor node selection and co-channel interference problems. By assigning different OMS and different carrier frequency bands to each sensor node group, the system solves these problems. PSR performance of the proposed system is evaluated. Consequently, it is found that the proposed system exceeds the conventional system by about 10% in PSR performance regardless of the standard deviation of the fluctuation in the packet arrival time.
