VoiceEye is a vital tool for communication for many individuals who are hard of hearing or deaf. The Deaf people speaks sign languages as their native tongues, which are helpful for communication ability. Sign languages are used by a variety of people, including those who can hear but cannot speak, even though they are mostly used by deaf people. When speaking in situations when it is physically impossible to speak, such underwater, through glass, from a distance, at a loud music performance, or while having your mouth full, VoiceEye can be employed. Additionally, you can converse with someone using sign languages without disturbing others with loud noises. While at the movie theater, you can talk to your pal about how much you detest the film without bothering anyone else. The concept behind the VoiceEye is that if there are two people, one which is visually impaired and one which is deaf, if they want to communicate with each other how will they do? The VoiceEye becomes a bridge for these people. The system contains two modules, namely Sign-To-Voice and Voice-To-Sign. The Sign-To-Voice module helps the deaf person to communicate using his sign language gestures with the visually impaired person. In Voice-To-Sign module, the visually impaired person can simply speak what is want to communicate with deaf person. In this way the project will help a lot of visually disabled and deaf persons to solve their communication problem and raise a confident within them for their socializing. The proposed work has achieved the overall accuracy of 98% in recognizing and voicing the individual alphabets. Our work includes as of three words for which 100% accuracy is achieved.
