MedyEth: Blockchain Based Electronic Heatlhcare Records System

In an era where global healthcare coverage stands at 50%, the need for accessible, secure, and efficient healthcare services is paramount. Electronic Health Records (HER) play a pivotal role in this, digitizing patients’ health information to improve care quality and communication among providers. However, challenges such as interoperability, data security, and usability hinder their full potential. To address these, we proposed a blockchain-based HER system integrated with an AI-chatbot. Blockchain ensures secure, tamper-proof data storage and seamless data sharing, while the AI-chatbot enhances patient engagement and provides personalized medical advice.
