Blockchain is one of the most fascinating technologies for securely storing data and can be used whenever needed. Nowadays, the main issues are fraud, mismanagement of data, and storing the correct information. Blockchain technology can be used to avoid all the problems mentioned above. The data has been collected from different review articles and content analysis was done to this study to extract the quality of data. Each blockchain data block is timestamped and stored in a single block. There is an interconnection between all blocks in the blockchain and an interconnection with the same network. Eventually, the same data will be stored on all computers connected to a single server. Blockchain technology's nonce function is a security measure to prevent data from being altered. In almost all sectors, there are issues with documentation, particularly in the government, which results in the government being unable to make decisions and formulate policies. In addition to solving all of these issues, blockchain technology will provide reliable and accurate data that will assist in making intelligent decisions regarding the project's development. Due to the evolution of new technologies, data storage is one of the issues expected to be sorted out in the upcoming years.
