This study examines the possibilities and obstacles of integration. Utilising PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies in software development projects. The research emphasises PRINCE2's strong governance and structured procedures, as well as Agile's adaptability and reactivity to change, especially in cultural contexts. Combining PRINCE2's control mechanisms with Agile's flexibility can improve project management by solving cultural difficulties found in agile transitions.
