Single OTRA Based Inverse Filter Configuration

In this communication, a novel inverse filter configuration is introduced, demonstrating the capability to realize inverse filter responses, namely, inverse low pass filter (ILPF), inverse high pass filter (IHPF), inverse band pass filter (IBPF), and inverse band reject filter (IBRF), utilizing only one Operational Transresistance Amplifier (OTRA) along with a minimal number of passive elements. The proposed inverse filters are meticulously validated through simulations in Cadence PSpice, implemented in CMOS TSMC 0.18μ m technology. The simulated characteristics closely align with the theoretical results. Additionally, a comprehensive analysis encompassing non-ideal aspects, noise considerations, Monte Carlo simulations, and sensitivity analysis has been conducted.
