The development of informatization has introduced new requirements for archive management. Computerization and electronics have generated a lot of business data. Their formation, circulation and storage are carried out in electronic form, and electronic documents after registration form a huge electronic document. Compared with traditional document processing, electronic documents have the advantages of standard specifications, simplicity of the archiving process, low storage costs, as well as ease of search and use, which can effectively improve the efficiency of archivists and the utilization rate of documents.
