In this article the fusion results in Fig. 5a-c and Table 5 regarding SL,SW and SL,SW,PL were incorrect because the fusion results of two and three evidences were covered with the fusion results of all evidences.Figure 5 and Table 5 should have appeared as shown below under the heading CORRECT.The incorrect Fig. 5 and Table 5 are shown further below under the heading INCORRECT.
