This paper presents a remotely controlled robot developed utilizing telemetry and telecontrol techniques that serves as a monitoring system. This robot can effectively send Attitude and Heading Reference System data and analyze the data using the Direction Cosine Matrix (DCM) approach to determine the robot's position by using an IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) sensor. Additionally, equipped with an IP camera, this robot can show real-time streaming video based on its environmental conditions. This paper produces a robot that increases efficiency and effectiveness while helping people remotely do monitoring tasks. Based on the test results, position testing is conducted 0–5 meters away, and the average drift on the x-axis was 0.20707 meters and on the y-axis was 0.405 meters. At the same time, testing of the telecontrol and telemetry systems developed in this research worked smoothly at a distance of 20 meters with 100% data reliability quality.
