True Intelligence is Not Artificial

Intelligence is defined in the Oxford English dictionary as “the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills.” Instinct is different from intelligence, as Britannica describes in the behavior of the digger wasp: it gathers food, returns to its burrow, checks for intruders, then deposits the food. That might look like intelligence. But if the food had been moved while the wasp was inside the burrow, the wasp would repeat the entire process, following its instinct.
