Double B Method for Interference Prediction and Coordination

In this paper, an interference prediction & coordination method, i.e. the Double B Method, is proposed, a clarification about the definition of isolation between two satellite networks is given, and a unified derivation process for the interference prediction & coordination methods appeared in the past ages is presented for the convenience of making comments.
