An Analysis of the Causal Loop Structure of the Redevelopment Projects Using the Systems Thinking

The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal feedback structure that explains the factors affecting the suspension (delay) of existing redevelopment projects through causal guidance and to consider ways to revitalize redevelopment projects.BR/The results are as follows: First, residents' participation should be systematically activated and the project should be carried out quickly. It is necessary to promote the effective public hearing system for each project stage and introduce the system, and to induce active participation in redevelopment projects through financial and administrative support for the activities of the residents' council. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the professional job performance capabilities of the union (promotion committee) executive branch. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the authority of management and supervision to the administrative office to devise an effective public role model. BR/The conclusion provides some research implications and future research direction.
