Correlation Method of Determination of Interference Sources on the Object

I. P. Kharchenko · 1984

Determination of the interference source on an object during the the work of the radio system is important aspect of the EMC. The possibility of the use of correlation method for interference source identification is discussed. Method consists of measuring the correlation coefficient between interference source and videosignal after the detector of the receiver. It is not obcious if this method can be used when nonlinear effects are involved. The work discusses the correlation determination of interference source for the cases of blocking, intermodulation and crossmodulation in AM, PM and FM receiving sets. Correlation determination can be used in all cases, except that of phase manipulation.
