Circuit Properties of Cage Antennae

1Technical University of Wrocław, Wybrzeże Wyspiańskiego 27, 50-370 Wrocław, Poland. A method of calculations of MF transmitting cage antenna circuit properties is presented. Included are exemplary results of quarter-ware and double-half-wave antenna impedance calculations with allowances made for utilization of correction elements forming a part of the antenna and the influence of parasitic capacitances affixed to the cages.
