The Industrial Revolution is being driven by new technologies like digital twins, blockchain, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), which are also having a significant impact on the healthcare industry. Innovative technologies like blockchain, IoT, and AI will help bring about digital transformation and upend many businesses. As these three technologies converge, new business models will emerge: Sensors, automobiles, machines, and other autonomous agents will function as their profit centers, sending and receiving money autonomously using blockchain technology, and making choices independently as autonomous financial entities employing analytics and machine intelligence. The creation of standalone business strategies and the role of technology will be fueled by this confluence of knowledge. The physical data must be cross-verified using many device units with corresponding points of vision in order for it to be reliable. The blockchain may therefore be used to store crossvalidated data by means to preserve integrity and the authenticity of the information. By utilizing AI and IoT technologies, as well as by spotting errors and suggesting preventative steps in advance of crucial occurrences, Digital Twins (DTs) may be used in this respect to derive clever interpretations of the facts. The primary issues of dispersed intelligence warehouses 184 are unreliable fact distribution and the requirement for forecasting management, which are targeted through DT empowerment commercial utilization for blockchain. This chapter provides a thorough analysis of the most recent research findings for blockchain-based digital twins while highlighting the major advantages of employing DTs. These emphasize the part AI plays in DTs built on blockchain technology. It also mentions prospective study and deployment challenges with technology facilitated by blockchain that need to be looked at additionally.
