Epistemic injustice of hate speech in context of citizen security of LGBT people in Poland. Analysis of Polish political parties programs.

This article analyses the idea of epistemic injustice as related to hate speech and the need for safeguarding human rights, in reference to the security of LGBT community in Poland. The authors emphasise problematic issue of insufficient tools for legal regulations regarding counteracting and penalisation of hate speech in Poland. Additionally, political programs of Polish political groups were subjected to a comparative analysis, in order to demonstrate the parties' standpoint concerning discrimination, exclusion and hate speech.
