The consumer needs and advancements in different application domains are creating multifold increase in the overall network utilization.Several vendors and open source solutions are rapidly evolving to enhance user experience irrespective of the network technology such as 4G or 5G.While the current 5G network can provide extremely low latency and high data rate to applications, it is not clear how they are to be orchestrated and managed efficiently with optimal utilization of the available resources. This needs to be addressed with appropriate solutions which can adapt to prevailing conditions, implement pre-defined policies, and respond to dynamic changes which the communication service providers should work upon.In this paper, we have proposed a cognitive orchestration solution for communication service providers to realize dynamic network services for 5G with good scope for extending to future networks. This solution works on top of the underlying SDN and NFV orchestration solutions for enabling better operational efficiency in communication networks.
