Cybersecurity is essential to any kind of organization or company; it helps with protecting technological structures and vital data from security breaches. However, according to the gathered data, cybersecurity is not well-taught to employees of organizations such as BPOs which results in negatively impacting the growth of the company. This paper highlights the methodology and results of creating a customized cybersecurity awareness training system that was tested with various BPO employees. The researchers attempt to learn the impact on the knowledge of BPO employees when creating a dynamic website that could help them determine which part of cybersecurity, they need to learn more about.
