The integration of artificial intelligence in healthcare is revolutionizing patient care and administrative processes. This paper presents a novel system that leverages AI for voice recognition, summarization, and interaction within a healthcare setting. To enhance patient engagement and streamline appointment management, the stored data is interfaced with a Dialogflow-based chatbot. This chatbot allows patients to book appointments, set reminders, and receive personalized healthcare information. This research highlights the practical applications of AI in healthcare, showcasing the benefits of integrating voice recognition, natural language processing, and conversational agents to create a seamless, efficient, and patient-centric healthcare environment.
