Group decision support systems can facilitate participants in the complex decision-making process. For this purpose, it is necessary to determine two conditions in advance, namely the method of aggregating the preferences of the interested parties and the software architecture on the basis of which the application will be implemented. In this context, the present paper proposes an approach to support group decision-making based on scoring models. Considering the specifics of these patterns, the proposed web application software architecture is implemented serverless, client-only. It is based on a Model-View-Controller design, to manage decision-making processes entirely within the browser of the user. This architecture supports dynamic, interactive decision-making while minimizing the need for backend infrastructure. The applicability of the proposed approach is numerically tested in personnel evaluation and selection. The simulated decision-making scenarios concern the evaluation of ten candidates by a panel of three experts on seven criteria, five of which are objective and the rest subjective.
