In this article, the authors present their experimental research to evaluate the compressive strength gain of concrete in reinforced concrete members at early age. Non-destructive methods (elastic rebound method, ultrasonic pulse velocity method and SonReb method) were used in the tests, and concrete strengths were determined by destructive testing of specimens according to EN 12390–3. The results of the destructive tests were used as reference. The tests were carried out on a fragment of a concrete slab and cylindrical specimens made of concrete with the same composition. Results for the probabilistic compressive strength determined by elastic rebound method, ultrasonic pulse velocity method and SonReb method at age of concrete up to 28 days are presented. Based on the obtained results, regression curves and analytical dependences between the reference compressive strength and the compressive strength determined by non-destructive methods were derived using Microsoft Excel. Correlation curves were plotted that can be used to determine the probabilistic concrete compressive strength for the particular slab fragment based on non-destructive measurements only.
