An Electronic Health Records System is a digitized version of a patient's medical records that are stored electronically. The current system that Hospitals use to store digital patient information and medical records faces numerous obstacles. These systems fail to balance data security and open threats to hackers and unauthorized access which can lead to cyberattacks. The chapter explores how AI, Blockchain and Cloud Computing are combined to overcome these challenges. Blockchain creates a decentralized, transparent, and immutable system providing a robust framework for secure and efficient management of patient records by using Hyperledger Fabric, Amazon Web Service with a React.js front-end to deliver a great experience to users. This proposed architecture provides data security, improves integration issues, operational costs and provides a safe, scalable, and patient-centric approach, and represents a substantial development in healthcare data management with the integration of serverless computing with blockchain technology.
