The rapid development of Internet technology has promoted the integration and development of blockchain technology and other high-tech. Cloud storage data has security problems such as data damage and data loss. To solve the problems of untrustworthy the third-party auditor (TPA) and single point of failure in traditional cloud storage data integrity protection schemes, this scheme proposes a cloud storage data integrity verification scheme for fair arbitration based on blockchain. The TPA in the traditional scheme is replaced by a trusted blockchain for data integrity verification, and in order to prevent the client from doing evil, the data label for integrity verification is generated by the blockchain node. In order to improve storage efficiency and verification efficiency, the Verkle Tree structure is used to store transactions on the chain. The scheme uses the homomorphic verification label based on RSA for integrity verification, which can support batch audit. When data is corrupted, users can punish malicious Cloud Service Provide (CSP) by initiating arbitration against smart contracts. The experiment shows that this scheme can ensure the security of cloud storage data and complete the data integrity verification efficiently.
