The fifth generation (5G) of wireless networks, will make use of innovative technological concepts in order to fulfil the needs of providing internet access everywhere, along with high user and device mobility, and connection of an immense number of devices such as those connected to the Internet of Things (IoT) in a manner that is both highly reliable and reasonably priced. The most sought-after technologies to fulfil these needs are Software Defined Networking (SDN) along with Network Function Virtualization (NFV), which leverage recent developments in cloud computing, like Mobile Edge Computing. However, new issues have emerged regarding the provision of user privacy inside future wireless networks as well as the secure implementation of these technologies. When developing 5G vertical applications, security has emerged as a top issue for stakeholders since the innovative technology of 5G along with the performance needs of utilization scenarios provide several potential security risks. Conducting research on user equipment privacy and security issues in 5G networks is the main objective of this study. The approach of quantitative research was utilized as the methodology for the conduct of this study. This research study considers the responses of 430 different people. According to the findings of this study, $\mathbf{2 7. 7 \%}$ of respondents agreed for willingness to Trade Privacy for Enhanced Services, and 37.3% of respondents had very high impacts trust in the service provider and utilization of mobile services for the data breach notifications.
