LECCS (Linear Equivalent Circuit and Current Source) Modeling Technique for ICs

• Multi-port macro-modeling technique of microcontroller using LECCS model has been developed. • The LECCS model extracted on the evaluation board marked good agreement(less than 6.9dB) with measured current spectra on the other evaluation board in the range of 30 ~ 300MHz. • Developed model is applied to automotive ECU noise simulation. Simulated results such as noise current spectrum and current distribution show good agreement with measurements at FM band.
