The ever-rising need for superior security in hospitals calls for advanced biometric technologies. This paper presents an innovative Smart Biometric System that combines state-of-the-art fingerprint-based biometrics with infrared temperature sensing. The designed system is useful in diverse settings, including academic institutions, business offices, and hospitals, as it not only simplifies the process of recording attendance but also takes care of the crucial need for health monitoring. In order to protect and accurately identify each individual and maintain the integrity of attendance records, it uses sophisticated fingerprint recognition. In addition, an inbuilt infrared temperature sensor considerably improves health and safety protocols by offering a non-contact way to take a person's body temperature in real-time. The device has a Wi-Fi module that allows collected data to be efficiently transmitted to PCs or cell phones, facilitating smooth data management. This real-time accessibility provides administrators with the information they need to make timely decisions and retain complete records. The device's low-cost design emphasizes accessibility, making it a viable choice for a wide range of users. This Smart Biometric System has applications in diverse industries and handles modern issues in health monitoring in addition to streamlining attendance tracking procedures. Its user- friendly interface, innovative features, and commitment to affordability define it as a transformative tool with significant implications in healthcare, education, and corporate governance. This paper describes a substantial advancement in biometric technology, embodying elegance, practicality, and inclusivity to satisfy the changing needs of modern society
