The potential of the Autonomous Navigating Robo for Personal Assistance (ANRPA) to transform human robot interactions is the reason for its selection. The combination of hand gesture control, autonomous navigation with obstacle avoidance and live streaming answers the demand for robotic systems that are easy to operate. This work develops a robot that navigates autonomously and responds dynamically to hand gestures, making it a personal assistant. This work aims to create an interactive robot capable of navigation through (i) User maps enabling the robot to get around different landscapes autonomously. (ii) Gesture control, here robot interprets hand gestures to react to changes in its environment, ensuring smooth operations even in unforeseen situations. The ANRPA provides a solution that combines autonomous and human-controlled navigation. Map driven navigation capability is created utilizing path planning algorithms that process input maps and drive the robot to its destination with an accuracy of $\pm 5 \mathrm{~cm}$.These algorithms translate precise motions into equivalent robotic operations.
