Welcome to Oriental-COCOSDA/CASLRE 2024. This is the 27th international conference of Oriental-COCOSDA, the Oriental chapter of the International Coordinating Committee on Speech Databases, and Speech I/O Systems and Assessment. We are pleased to organize Oriental-COCOSDA 2024. After several years of holding the conference online due to COVID-19, we are happy to return to an in-person format this year, allowing participants to fully experience and engage with the event in an Asian family atmosphere.
