In the modern educational landscape, constantly evolving, the necessity for developing and implementing innovative information systems for test creation becomes paramount. These systems are crucial for providing high adaptability and personalization in the learning process. The significance of such systems' development, focusing on analyzing and comparing existing platforms like EasyTestMaker, Google Forms, and Quizlet, are emphasized. This comparison allows identifying key advantages and limitations based on their functionality, ease of use, and integration capabilities with other educational tools. The primary focus of the research is the development of the TestHUB service, leveraging artificial intelligence's potential to optimize the test question generation process. The application of artificial intelligence not only facilitates the automation of question creation but also ensures high quality, adaptability to students' needs, and the capability for effective personalization of tests. The technical aspects of integrating artificial intelligence into the test creation process, detailing the algorithms developed for automatically generating questions based on specified criteria and requirements are extensively examined. The TestHUB project opens new perspectives for education, offering teachers and educational institutions a tool for creating higher quality tests with minimal time expenditure. The implementation of such a system has the potential to significantly elevate the educational process level, making learning more accessible, efficient, and aligned with the dynamic demands of the contemporary educational environment. Thanks to TestHUB, education becomes innovative, progressive, and exceptionally adaptive, opening broad opportunities for effective learning. Creating high-quality tests with TestHUB becomes the key to success in modern education.
