Image pre-processing in the video stream

The stages of the process of object recognition in the video stream are analyzed, the problems that arise at each of the stages are highlighted. It is proposed to improve the method of an equivalent detector for recognizing fast-moving objects. A neural network for object recognition in a video stream has been created and trained. The recommendations on improvement of algorithm of search of local signs at training of a neural network are described. An experiment was performed to demonstrate the operation of a neural network when working with images under different conditions. The results of composite scene recognition are presented.
