Wei Wei, Pengliang Qie · 2024
Modern rural landscape evaluation is of great significance for sustainable development, cultural inheritance, improvement of quality of life, economic development, community cohesion, and urban-rural integration in rural areas. Due to the long-term dual management system of urban and rural development in our country, the development of rural informatization is seriously lagging behind. There are problems such as data dispersion and aging in rural landscape evaluation, which have led to a serious lag in the process of rural ecological protection and landscape construction. On the basis of current situation research, establish a rural landscape evaluation data management platform based on blockchain technology, collect, summarize and share landscape and ecological data of rural departments in a unified manner. At the same time, grant the platform's natural resource management department, as well as access to rural construction enterprises, public representatives, and other related management permissions, to achieve data sharing, co construction, and real-time updates. This study helps to break down the communication barriers between funding providers, technology providers, environmental protection authorities, and village residents in rural landscape renovation, resolve the problem of information asymmetry in rural landscapes, and promote the construction of beautiful and ecologically livable rural landscapes.
