Research and application on standard management information system

In order to realize information traceability, collaborative management, implementation evaluation and social supervision of the whole process of standardization management, it is proposed to establish a standard management information system. The system adopts the .NET platform, allows multi-role access, expands virtual resource pool resources through data comparison and continuous improvement of index directory, and uses Web Services and structured files to transmit information to authorized users. The trial operation results show that the standard management system has preliminarily realized the full life cycle data traceability of standard plan project pre-research evaluation, progress collaborative management, publicity and implementation statistics and review promotion. Through the construction of the standard management information system, it provides support for improving the reliability of standards, cultivating and developing new quality productivity, and leading industrial transformation and upgrading.
