Design and Research of Intelligent Inspection System for Coal Mine Equipment Based on Internet of Things

Equipment inspection is an important foundation and prerequisite for ensuring the safe and stable operation of equipment. Due to the complexity and danger of the underground environment, its characteristics can easily pose a huge threat to the safe operation of equipment. At the same time, based on the current situation of various types and complex structures of coal mine production equipment, this article combines the actual situation of coal mine production and proposes a detailed design of an intelligent inspection system based on the Internet of Things. A coal mine equipment intelligent inspection system is proposed, which is built on the basis of the Internet of Things, handheld terminals, clients, and servers, to improve the efficiency of coal mine equipment inspection and reduce the failure rate.
