Information is a fundamental right of every person, and the internet is today&s;s greatest source of information, including business, society, events, products, and more. However, with the tremendous growth of internet use for various activities, cybercriminals are increasingly attacking users with little or no knowledge of security issues that may arise. This chapter analyzes the reasons for the increasing cyberattacks and explains how lack of information technology and cyber education is a major contributor to security vulnerabilities and online attacks. In addition, the chapter highlights the potential benefits of using blockchain-based cybersecurity solutions to mitigate these vulnerabilities. Our study emphasizes the need to create cyber awareness programs and campaigns for better, secure, and efficient use of the internet and emails. We collected primary data with the help of questionnaires from different age groups who use the web and internet services from various providers in their daily life. The data was compared and analyzed using Python libraries in Google Colab to identify patterns in the current cybersecurity scenario, cyber education, and knowledge, with a focus on improving the secure habits of blockchain-based web and internet practices of end-users.
