Blockchain Technology Strategy for Cyber Attack and Cyber Crime

As we know that blockchain technology is a digital ledger for keeping the records of digital currency transactions and other relevant information too. It is a secure and decentralized technology whose hacking is not possible, and it is also impossible to change, delete, or destroy it. The technology is not limited to this only, but it will also help in controlling cyber attacks (theft of money and data) and other types of crimes. Cyber attacks are a major issue nowadays and almost every country is suffering from this and other types of crimes also. With the help of blockchain technology, we can analyze and make predictions of the behavior of criminals through which tracing of criminals is very easy and crime gets reduced. In this book chapter we present a strategy to prevent cyber attacks and crimes with the help of blockchain technology and also compare cyber attacks and crimes that have happened in the last five years in some countries and analyze with proposed strategy.
