Effective hospital bed management is crucial for ensuring the efficient provision of healthcare, especially during times of high patient demand when patient flow needs to be carefully coordinated. Hospitals are utilizing sophisticated technology, like as chatbots, to enhance real-time communication and streamline decision-making procedures. This study examines the integration of Dialogflow, a robust natural language processing platform, with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a reliable cross-platform messaging service, to develop an advanced chatbot system. The system underwent assessment in a simulated hospital setting, attaining a precision level of 98.7 % in delivering instantaneous updates regarding bed availability. The rate of incorrect positive updates was 0.9 %, while the rate of incorrect negative updates was 0.4 %. In addition, the system showcased its ability to manage up to 1,500 simultaneous queries during periods of high demand, maintaining an amazing uptime of 99.95 %. The findings illustrate the system's ability to significantly improve the effectiveness of hospital procedures and raise patient satisfaction. The project addresses challenges about system integration, data confidentiality, and the chatbot's capacity to adapt to various hospital administration systems. The findings suggest that the adoption of a unified system may greatly improve the management of hospital resources, ensuring timely and accurate communication, eventually leading to enhanced healthcare outcomes.
