In our daily lives, we cannot function without electricity. Global energy consumption increased by 5% in 2021 following a 4.5% decrease in 2020. Most nations had increases in energy consumption: +5.2% in China, +4.5% in India, and +4.7% in the European Union. Energy monitoring is a crucial task that can easily spiral out of control. The meter reading must be known by the consumer because it will be used to decide how much will be charged for the withdrawal. This solution automates the framework by analyzing the readings from the meters followed by and transferring the observation to the customer via online. Trackers were used in this project system to gather and secure energy consumption data. Additionally, a microcontroller featuring an energy meter. The energy meters in every appliance in the house are secured by the tracker. The client can examine the energy usage by using the internet portal to view the consumed units and amount charges that are communicated by data using the GSM module. This allows customers to keep a close eye on their daily energy usage.
