Research on the Application of Internet of Things Technology in Digitalized Oilfield Construction

With the rapid development of science and technology, digital oilfield construction has become the key to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the oil industry. As the core driving force of digital transformation, IoT technology plays an important role in digital oilfield construction. This paper first outlines the definition and composition of IoT technology, and then analyzes the current situation of digital oilfield construction and the challenges and needs it faces. Then, it focuses on the application of IoT technology in digital oilfield, including oilfield production monitoring and management, oilfield safety and environmental protection monitoring, as well as oilfield resource optimization and decision support.
