the modernisation of this system, ensuring full harmonisation of Ukrainian legislation with the EU acquis in the fi eld of copyright.This will help to strengthen the protection of copyright and related rights, increase transparency and effi ciency in collective management organisations, and introduce the best international practices.Implementing improvements to the collective management system will not only enhance the protection of the interests of authors and performers but also position Ukraine as a more appealing destination for foreign investors, particularly during the post-war recovery period.Furthermore, it will facilitate the development of creative industries, which constitute a vital component of the country's economic growth and cultural diversity.
