With the increasing trend of using new technologies, many universities are currently creating specialized digital strategies. If they cannot change to fit this new digital era, they will fall behind. The purpose of this paper is to develop an online document tracking and request system for the registrar's office at a Philippine university. The implementation can improve efficiency, security, and collaboration, which can result in increased efficacy in academic record-keeping procedures and document management. Moreover, the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which consists of several phases: planning, defining, designing, building, testing, and deployment, was utilized in the system development using Visual Studio Code and XAMPP software tools, as well as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL programming languages. In conclusion, the results of the study demonstrated that the respondents expressed strong agreement and contentment with the system's adherence to ISO/IEC 25010 requirements.
