In response to the difficulty of evaluating the voltage flexibility (VF) of distribution network (DN) with a high proportion of distributed photovoltaics from multiple perspectives, this paper proposes a VF evaluation method for DN that considers spatiotemporal characteristics. Firstly, the evaluation indicators for the spatiotemporal flexibility of distribution network voltage (DNV) were defined from two dimensions: time and space. The evaluation indicators were combined with constraints such as power flow models and line voltage and current to construct a DNV flexibility evaluation model. Then, the solution process for the spatiotemporal flexibility evaluation model of DNV was provided. Finally, taking the improved IEEE33 node grid structure as an example, a comparative analysis was conducted on the flexibility of DNV under different distributed photovoltaic penetration rates, verifying the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
