Introduction to irregular sequences and functions

The current document is the main document after the prelude: introduction to irregular sequences and functions. Be alert to the introduction of the control function which was borrowed from computer science where it is used to concatenate strings. We used it more algebraically in this paper. We have also introduced the cardinality of n, which is used here to enumerate the number of repeats of the independent variable. It is used as well in sets but in a bit different way. In sets it provides the count of members in a set.
