Node localization algorithm-based mobility information in wireless sensor networks

Node localization in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is crucial for various applications.Several algorithms are proposed in literature to solve node localization problem in WSN.Those traditional algorithms face significant challenge due to the mobility of nodes.[1].This paper investigates the impact of node mobility on localization accuracy and proposes an enhanced localization algorithm tailored for mobile scenarios.The proposed algorithm optimizes accuracy while minimizing energy consumption by incorporating node mobility information, such as speed and direction, into the localization process.Simulation results demonstrate a substantial reduction in localization error compared to conventional methods, highlighting the effectiveness of the proposed approach in dynamic WSN environments.
