Rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and cloud computing are reshaping educational experiences, particularly in optimizing resource allocation, minimizing latency, and enhancing user Quality of Experience (QoE). This chapter introduces an AI-driven resource allocation optimization model tailored for cloud-based educational systems, utilizing game-theoretic techniques to manage and distribute resources efficiently. The model conceptualizes the education cloud ecosystem as a multi-agent environment, where each component acts as an intelligent entity that adapts dynamically to users' needs. This approach minimizes resource wastage by aligning content delivery with real-time demand while ensuring equitable access across diverse learning contexts. Initial findings demonstrate substantial improvements, including faster content loading, reduced latency and enhanced adaptability of learning materials to varied user requirements. This approach supports sustainable cloud resource management and provides a scalable solution for meeting the growing demands of digital education.
