FASTERIX, an Environment for PCB Simulation

This paper reports on a CAE package for simulating the electromagnetic behaviour of electronic equipment. The package will model many wanted and unwanted aspects of this behaviour, and in particular help products to be designed to satisfy strict EC imposed standards on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The CAE package FASTERIX described here builds on experience with FACET [1,2,3,4].
