Potential Distribution along Earth Return Circuits Exposed to the Induction Field of a Power Line

The paper presents the method of calculating the potential and current distribution along two earth return circuits (cabel, pipeline) of finite length by inductive effect of 50 - Hz a - c power transmission line. The method takes into account both inductive and conductive interaction between the earth return circuits. The method is illustrated with examples of calculations.
