In order to solve the problems of data interoperability and data inconsistency caused by information islands, a cross system data matching method under information islands environment is proposed. On the basis of the existing isolated island information system, for the similar data existing in the existing system databases, the data in one system shall prevail and form the core data, and the corresponding similar data in other systems shall be regarded as non core data, and then the method of multi field weighted calculation of matching value and taking the optimal value shall be adopted to match the non core data with the associated core data, and the associated matching information shall be stored in an intermediate database; When searching for data, read the matching association information in the intermediate database and generate the corresponding XML or JSON file to integrate the data in the existing corresponding database and provide accurate data services. The simulation results show that the method can accurately identify and match the corresponding data in non core data, and can accurately identify and match cross system data when the data of the two systems are inconsistent.
